Jewel from the Nile

I don’t really know much about jewelry . I don’t wear much of it either, and I don’t think that I would be wearing much to be frank. But there is something about it, especially diamond jewelry, that really catches my eyes. This is, obviously,  continuing from what I had written previously *grins*. I am not fanatical about wearing glitters and all these blings blings, if you know what I mean, but I sure like to fondle ogle it, and dream think of it, sometimes, too.
Don’t get me wrong and think that all that I could think of is the very glittery and very expensive diamonds , but I am a big woman, and a lot of us women just adore diamonds, right?. Inasmuch as my nonchalance about anything girly, this one would be the expensive exclusion, I am afraid heh.

And just look at these gorgeous emerald cut diamond engagement rings. I am not very knowledgeable about diamond engagement rings and settings , but I sure could appreciate it’s beauty. And if not noticed, both of these rings are emerald cut. Same goes to the ear stud and the pendant.

I like the cut, and I believe that they would suit me well.

*grins*

Shopping

It had been awhile since I last went on a big shopping spree, but I had been for the last week or so. Though I was not shopping for myself, I was shopping with the husband to help him furnish, somewhat, his empty rented space that he had call home for the last month.

And we had to shop practically everyday since the husband would be available at night only, his schedule being that hectic. Most things were needed, including furnitures and kitchen appliances. This is where I come in handy.

No, we don’t move in here with the husband just as yet. It would take some more times before we move here, but since we would visit him for couple of weeks or so every other month, I would like to have the place at least resemble a home, don’t you think?

I would leave the shopping for furnitures to him, and he in turn let me buy all other necessities, especially in the kitchen.

One thing that I am really seriously considering to get would be the slow cooker . Why would the husband need a slow cooker? Well, easy really. He could cook himself his beloved instant noodles in it, without having to use the stove top (yes, bought that too!) whenever the hunger pangs kicked at night! No need to go downstairs to the restaurant for food, yes?

And, what about when me and Tia visited his place? A slow cooker would help me cook some stew since I know that I would sometimes be too lazy to cook anything elaborate!

Do I have anything in mind when it comes to a slow cooker ? Yes, this Presto Multi Cooker caught my eyes because it looks neat, and I could deep fry in it, too! Very useful in a household where fried chicken and chips are the ideal midweek meal when the mom would rather not have to slave it in the kitchen! We got to start looking for this one, alright.

Women’s Only

I knew that I had made a few posts before regarding lingeries, and ladies, this one would be another.

I am not sure about most ladies out there, but for a woman like me, trying to find a Plus Size Bras could be a real headache. Oh, I would be able to find the dowdy, grandmotherly ones, for sure. But to find something as this Chantelle Bras? Oh, I have to get real!

Yes, I know it would be nice if I could go to their store in Charleston to try it out myself. NOT. Especially since I knew that my daughter would be there with me, so having it all sent out to me is definitely a bliss!.

And of course, there is the Prima Donna Lingerie line for you to go ga ga over. I know I had with this one below!
