Admin's Logs Well, Some of you know that I have a few sites which the husband wreck maintain for me, namely this blog, two photo galleries, Six Other sites related to Tia Baby, a few of his own and at the peak of paid blogging and advertising, about fifty or so sites which interlink to each other.
I just don’t know the technical basics of things but one consists of domain name registration which the domain is bought, renewed or something like that. Oh well, I am not a technical as some would be, but as long as I know I can get hold of my sites up and running without any issues, I am quite pleased.
But, having over fifty domains is a bit costly, as some know that domains cost about US$10 each year it is in use. Well, I let you figure it out where my other sites are, namely of travels, food and recipes, persona et al and well, it’s a hunt for you.
This is my domain, my realm, unless at times the Husband and ChunKin hijacked em to make extra money for McDonalds Happy Meals!

Issues,
Just babling...
There was a fried siakap underneath all those yummy vegetables, I swear! I know I should have not been greedy and top the siakap with all those goodness, but I just can’t help myself.
And no, those were not cooked recently. Quite awhile back. And I have not been very good about documenting dishes that I actually cooked these days.
Not that I actually cooked that much to begin with. Thankfully, the husband did not mind since it would be like walking into hot oven should I decided to cook in the very stuffy kitchen.
The only times that I would definitely be cooking was when mama and bapak’s here.
What to do eh…
I derailed too much. I actually wanted to talk about how pissy I get when I noticed that some photos that I uploaded to the photo album couple of years back were not there.
So loaded the sentence above. I checked on the recipe page that I made couple of years back, and some photos were not uploading. Upon checking on the album points me to my above point.
So the husband would have to do some tweaking here and there to see what went wrong. And since there’s almost 20,000 photos (I had) already uploaded there (from September 2005 to around January 2007), it would take awhile for the system to do whatever I needed to do to it.
Hmmm… I just needed to unload.

Admin's Logs,
Funny
Woke up to the pitter patter of rain drops on the roof. It had been raining since last night, and boy am I glad! The weather had been quite terrible since Chinese New Year, and this respite from the heat is pure bliss.
We had been staying at home during the day, turning the air conditioning on high, and going out for groceries or driving around during later part of the afternoon. I do have to make sure that Tia don’t go out much during the day because she is prone to be burnt like I do from the sun.
That’s why she is as dark as a gypsy these days, just like her Mommy *lol*
Seemed like it was yesterday that folks celebrated new year, and now it is almost the end of February. What have I accomplished?
I had been sick since Chinese New Year, not all the time, just recurring flu. That makes me wheeze. And then I cannot breathe.
And the heat is not helping at all. Contrary to some beliefs, asthma sufferer get sick if it is too hot, too. I don’t usually get sick during winter, maybe just some sniffles. But I would definitely get it good if the weather’s too hot, especially during those Indian summer.
Look at her. Those insect bites on her face. Not to forget the dreadful mosquitoes. Poor Tia inherited her Mommy’s sensitive skin.
Sometimes I wish she would be more like her Daddy instead of me.Maybe it’s because Daddy Tia have been busy with so many Web Development Projects like Aductions, Kedai -dot- Everything, iExploreAsia Media and the rest of the work..that he stayed in… and that the bike was out of action for a month too.
Just sometimes
I just wish…

Eat outs...,
Good eats. Or not,
Jalan-jalan.... cari makan Part Deux
To continue from Part Un. We waited and since we were hungry, we asked for more complimentary breads. They came. And still no smiles from those waitstaff.
Weird.
But anyway, my spinach and artichoke formaggio were the first to arrive. Swell. Can you spot any differences? OK so anyway, it was too delicious for word. I found one artichoke. But I am sure more were hidden underneath that delicious concoction. And no way that was a big portion, especially when shared.
Especially when one was starved.
Enough said.
Tia’s Grilled Salmon Origanato were the second in line. It came with wilted spinach at the bottom, and potato wedges.
The salmon was fine. Delicious as it should be when simply grilled like that. The spinach was a huge turnoff. They should be using baby spinach as the one pictured below, not our local sawi. I was really surprised that an establishment like this would make a blunder like that. It would have tasted wonderful if baby salad spinach were used instead of stringy local sawi. Hmmmm….
So anyway, the filet mignon arrived. And yes, those are the same wedges served for delicate salmon and for robust filet mignon. And those portabella mushrooms were sliced so thinly, I almost missed it.
Tastewise, it was a steak. It was cooked as per instruction, and we get the steak.
What I don’t get is, why would they present their steak as such? No care was given into it, and I would always prefer Chillies and TGiF compared to this one any day.
My sister and I shared her portions. I tasted some of Tia’s salmon, and then we went home.
Of course we did not order any desserts.
For the price that we pay, I am not sure it is worth going there to dine. I might go there again to try their pastas. I maybe should have just stick to that. Pastas and pizzas, right?
