Made this for the husband couple of nights ago. The only thing that I feel that I should have done was using any chocolate wafers as the base instead of plain crackers that I used for plain cheesecake.
And yes, definitely creamy, and chocolatier than the one that I made last month.

Wishful thinking...
Having looked at some kitchen models, especially that talk show host, makes me want to do a total overhaul of the kitchen that we have over here at home. Well. I know that would not come true in the near future, but a girl could dream. I could dream of more things, yes?
First, I could dream of getting this sweet range with 4 burners, and get this, 28,000 BTU lift-off burner heads! Sweet! And while I am at it, why don’t I get this stainless steel industrial fridge, to boot? I need a fridge big enough to put all those cheesecakes, right? And don’t forget some new Oneida china, too.
Of course that is not complete. I would need more baking pans, more counter space, more this, more that. Like I said, I need a total kitchen overhaul, right? Well, if only it was that easy, no?
