It had been awhile since my last journal entry. And it would be this weekend till the next entry because we are going away for a few days…. So…

Well hello…

My husband had been away for work these past couple of days, and he came back yesterday afternoon. I did not prepare an elaborate meal like some would think of doing. It was just couple of days, after all. But my husband did cook dinner for us last night.

It had been awhile (in my thinking, anyway) that I had made a journal entry about the food at we ate in this household. I had not been cooking anything new, just the same ol boring stuffs that I always cook to feed my husband and my daughter (thankfully both are not such a fussy eater that I have to look up the recipe index to find new things to cook). But I digress. My husband made a very yummy fried prawn with mix vegetable, while I on the other hand, made egg drop tofu soup (ok I actually made this for tia, but what the heck. What is good for tia must be good for mummy and daddy, right?). Here’s the dishes

I have to ask my husband how he made this prawn dish, though he told me last night it was pretty straightforward. Later on I would probably add the recipe to the index. And the egg drop soup, well I used to make this while I was in the states, after eating it at various chinese restaurant. Pretty easy. Recipe coming up later.

And later, we enjoy this dish, chicken pakora.

It is confirmed. I am so bored that I seemed to be veering towards taking pictures, and then editing it from the software that my husband downloaded last week. Just refer to previous four, or was it five(?) entries. *sigh*

Ah well! Here’s another one teheheh… I took this picture after tia had her dinner (and while she was watching Fimbles. She just loves fimbles). I will upload the rest here later on tonight. Or tomorrow. But I just can’t wait to show you these two…
