OK

This is my 900th post over at this journal. There were times when I type down religiously. At times I would be too lazy. My first entry was made on August 23rd, 2005. So that means I had been updating this journal for about two years and nine months!. I see that as reaching a personal milestone since I am not one who really could keep doing something in a long haul, if you catch my drift. I just get bored easily, that’s why.
But after my husband paid for the domain and hosting, it would be so ungrateful of me to let this place go without new entries few times a week, right?
But anyway, I remembered when I was younger. I used to take my mom’s yearly calendar book, and try to write something in it. It would only lasts for like a week, and then I would chuck the book somewhere. So this is really something…
Since this is the 900th post, hopefully the husband would help me out with the new skin next week when he’s not that tied up. What with our anniversary coming up this Monday and all :)…
Let’s just hope….
Kenny Roger’s

This would be the first time that I visited this establishment. This is not the first time I eat the food, though. The husband bought some takeouts of some dishes last year, and I was so sure that the food offered were not up to par for the price paid. Might as well buy from our local Ayamas if I were to be blunt, I told him.
But yet, I decided to give this place a chance since what do I got to lose, right? So off we go one night couple of months back. Yes, I had forgotten all about these photos until I was searching for something else and stumbled upon it.
But anyway, I was happy that I chose to give this place a chance because it proved me wrong! The food that I ate was takeaways, so probably it was not as good as it would be should I eat them at their restaurant.
I didn’t eat any chicken, the husband did. I ordered lamb chops, or something lamb. It was delicious. The service was very friendly and not lagging, though I do have one grumble. Why not offer bottomless soda/teas since you already charge much for it? Other than that, it was fine.

I definitely would be going there, soon hopefully ![]()
Super N8

It’s a name for a restaurant and a car dealership. No. I am not kidding. The owner of the car dealership, namely Super N8, decided to open up couple of restaurants in Lunas/Kulim areas, and he named it Super N8 Restaurants.
Go figurelah heheh…
But anyway, we decided to visit the restaurant in Kulim. Not in pekan Kulim, per se, but in the area, nonetheless. It is around 10 minutes away from Kulim, and about 3 minutes away from Taman Selasih. I don’t remember the name of the Taman that it is at, I would check it later, if I remember.
Anyway, it serves local dishes, and some western dishes, too. They looked delectable from the menu, though a newer, clearer menu would definitely help.
Most of the patrons ordered western menus, but I was not interested. I wanted to eat steamed barramundi, so I ordered that.

Would I come to eat here again? Yes, I probably would. I would want to try some of those western fares. Would I order this dish again? Probably not. The fish was not that fresh, and it was pricier than the ones that we would pay for over in Kuala Juru, anyway….
Oh yeah

Oh yeah…
I have finished uploading almost 3000 photos to the online photo album. I rock.
Oh yeah…
We would be going back to Kulim later today for some unfinished business. The husband rocks.
Oh yeah…
The princess would be so happy to be able to see the Mak Tok this coming weekend. She rocks!
Oh yeah…
I can’t wait to see our home. It rocks!
Oh yeah…
The ac, astro and hopefully streamyx would be installed next week. The husband rocks, big time!
I can’t wait for the dust to settle.
And moving here, well… it is not settled yet. It would not be too far away. But we’ll just have to wait and see how things move along, really ![]()
